Does The 4×4 Guys use a secure server for my orders?
Ordering from The 4×4 Guys.com is fast and secure. All credit card transactions at The 4×4 Guys.com are securely processed using secure socket layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels on the Internet.

 

I did not get an email confirmation after placing an order. What should I do?
Some email providers may block or limit the emails that you can receive. If you do not receive our order confirmation email and/or an order detail email, we recommend that you review your order on the website. You will be able to see the status of the entire order as well as the status of the individual items on order. If your order is still in Pending Status after 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and holidays), we would recommend that you contact us at (888) 4X4-GUYS as we may need additional information to process your order.

 

What does The 4×4 Guys do with backorders?
Because our wholesalers and manufacturers maintain a huge amount of inventory, we make every attempt to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, if an item is in short supply, either due to an unusual/unanticipated increase in demand or production, problems at the manufacturer level, one or more items in your order may be backordered. We will notify you promptly either via email or telephone of the estimated delivery date of the backordered item(s).

 

My item is backordered. How long will it take to receive?
Most backordered items will be available to ship within 10 business days. You can check on your order any time by emailing us at [email protected]

 

Does The 4×4 Guys charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to an address in Texas will be charged a sales tax of 7.25%. Complaints on the sales tax should be directed to the Governor in Austin, TX.

 

Can I find out if an item is in stock?
Email your part number or item name to [email protected], and we will let you know the availability of the item, typically the same day.

 

What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
We have tried to incorporate all products onto the site, but we may have missed some. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email, and we will get a price quote out to you. We have access to thousands of other auto, truck, and ATV parts, so just let us know what you’re looking for and we will search for it for you.

What is your guaranteed lowest price policy?
The 4×4 Guys will match competitors’ delivered price for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock, and the price can be verified in a current catalog, website, or advertisement. The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction websites, or clearance, closeout, discontinued, seconds, scratch and dent, or items that are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor’s catalog, website, or ad. The price match guarantee cannot be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers.

 

What should I do if I’ve found a lower price somewhere else?
Please let us know and give us the opportunity to beat the competitor. Email your finding to [email protected] We will verify your price and get back to you within 24 hours.

 

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it any time within 30 days of the date-of-sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, The 4×4 Guys will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components, or manufacturer’s documentation. Special orders or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted.

 

How do the warranties work?
All parts are covered only by their Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees. The 4×4 Guys will assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct; however, any typographical or printing errors, prices, or specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

We try our best, but we are only human. Occasionally, we may make an error inputting information such as incorrect prices or descriptions. If you notice an error, please let us know. Sorry, but we cannot honor price typos.

Products sold by The 4×4 Guys are covered solely by the warranties provided by the manufacturer. The 4×4 Guys hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The 4×4 Guys neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of our products and merchandise. The 4×4 Guys shall not be liable for any labor or other costs associated with the installation of our products and merchandise.
