Free Shipping Policy
Most orders, $49 and over, qualify for Free Shipping. Some oversized items may require truck freight or special oversized handling fees. These items do not qualify for Free Shipping. If the product you are interested in requires truck freight or special handling, and our website does not display the rates at time of purchase (very rare), the website will still allow you to check-out with Free Shipping. This only means we cannot estimate accurate shipping rates for those item(s) ahead of time, and we will contact you after the purchase with accurate shipping rates to your location.
Free Shipping details and exclusions: shipping and handling fees are waived on most orders over $99 in the contiguous 48 United States (HI, AK, PR, US Territories are excluded). Qualifying order total is based on product subtotal, taxes and non-standard shipping charges are not included as a qualifying cost. You are responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees (where indicated), truck freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc. Offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
Transit Times – Standard & Ground Shipping
Saturday, Sunday and major holidays are not considered regular transit days for Standard and Ground Shipping.
Please provide us a street address for delivery. Small items may be delivered by the US Postal Service via FedEx SmartPost. Larger items like bumpers, hard tops, lift kits, winches, and engines ship by truck freight. Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Oversized Shipments: Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. As a rule of thumb, if the product weights more than 100 pounds it will likely have a special handling charge. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.

Due to carrier regulations, oversized and/or overweight packages may require additional handling charges. The following parts do not qualify for Free Shipping: oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns. Typically, items over 50 pounds do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Express shipping is available on most items and is an additional charge. Shipping costs for Express Shipping are based on the weight and dimension of the item(s). Express Shipments are only delivered Monday through Friday. No Saturday Delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii and Outlying US Territories
Most shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and any other US territory will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express and will be quoted separately . At our sole discretion, we also use either UPS, Federal Express, or an established freight carrier. We will notify you promptly either via email or telephone of the estimated delivery date of any back-ordered item(s). Items shipped beyond the continental US are not subject to any Free Shipping offer.

Can I check the status of an order I placed?
We will send you an order acknowledgment email promptly after receiving your order on the website, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. You can also check your order status online. Use the Account button on top of the homepage, email us, or call (888) 4X4-GUYS. We do not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days. If you place your order on a weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the next business day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders received before 3:00 pm Central Time will usually ship the same business day on in-stock items. Normal shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days. Major holidays will not be counted as a business day when calculating shipping.

To qualify for Free Shipping, the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $75 or more, before tax. Orders will be shipped via standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 states. Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size or weight including: wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, winches, bumpers, trailer hitches, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops, and cargo racks. The following parts do not qualify for Free Shipping: oversized items, items over 50 pounds, items delivered by truck freight, prior purchases, and returns.
Products may be shipped in multiple boxes or shipped from multiple warehouses across the US, and arrive on different days depending on the shipping method. This is done at no extra charge, so we can give you a better and more economical service. Our Standard Shipping may include one or a combination of FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by FedEx, please call 1-800-GoFedEx and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by truck freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill.
